This compact steel restraint is very effective. The collar closes around the neck, and then the wrist restraints are applied. The device is fastened with a single standard padlock. Heavy steel construction ensures maximum security, while lightweight design allows for extended wear.

Total weight is approximately 3 to 4 pounds.

The medium/large collar is 6 inches in diameter. The wristcuffs are 3" in diameter.

The small/medium collar is 5" in diameter and the cuffs are 2" in diameter.
