This is a simple yet functional and attractive ball gag/nipple clamp combination.

The black, nontoxic, rubber ball (approximately 2" in diameter) is flanked by soft, comfortable latigo leather straps. O-rings add flexibility around the ball, and multiple sizing notches allow for a wide range of fit.

The tweezer-style nipple clamps, attached at the O-rings, have vinyl-coated ends and a sliding ring, allowing you to adjust the amount of pinch from light to heavy or anywhere in between. The clamps are fully removable from the rest of the gag.
