This device increases the depth of the nozzle when administering an enema. It is insertable up to 11 inches.

It has a black valved hand-pump which inflates a yellow rubber balloon which houses an orange tube and nozzle. After insertion, with pumping, the balloon widens to secure itself within a portion of the intestine, yet also allows for fluids to pass into the patient. If the orange tube is then sealed, the balloon's presence makes a barrier to prevent elimination until the chosen time.
